Custom Invitation Process
Custom orders must be made no later than 4-6weeks prior to event date due to ensure that you receive a quality product in a timely manner. Anything less than that time, it will be considered a Rush-Order and additional fees will be applied. Customization process times do not include weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Custom orders will take 3-4 weeks to process, print, assemble and deliver, depending on how detailed your design is made*.

You will receive 2 proofs designed based on the information that you provide. You will receive no more than 4 changes each proof depending on the elements you want to change. Some elements of the design or permanent and cannot be changed.

Printing takes approximately 3 business days from approval of final proof

Rush Orders will take 2 weeks to process, print, assemble and deliver*.
Due to variations in monitors, colors in the final product may differ slightly from what you see on screen. We cannot guarantee color matching, but will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product. PartyStyled is not responsible for printing errors once your proof has been approved, by you. We do not provide a personalized proof until a full order has been placed and we receive the required deposit. The client is responsible for checking ALL information that will be printed. Once the proof is approved, it will go to print and NO CHANGES can be made. Production timelines depend on how fast you respond to any questions to be answered or delays in approval of design.
PAYMENT
PartyStyled accepts payment by Major Credit Card or Checks via PayPal. We do not accept cash payments. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all custom orders. An invoice will be sent for remaining balance, along with shipping if applicable, when your order is ready. Any quotes or estimates are valid for 24 hours only. Prices may be subject to change. I will begin creating your custom item as soon as payment is received. Work will not begin until then. Returned checks will incur a $35 returned check fee and the Client will secure payment with a valid credit card or entire order will be canceled.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature that our products are personalized, often made-by-hand and customized for you, there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. If a mistake has been made on our part, we will work closely with you to correct any problems.
SHIPPPING
Printed invitations and party elements are only available to be shipped to the Continental U.S. only. Actual shipping costs will be calculated and added to your final payment. We use UPS. If you want rush shipping, please advise and we will provide you with costs.
